Difficulty: Easy
Earnings: Medium-High
Another good survey site to join is GlobalTestMarket. Here, surveys you take will earn you points. Most surveys are worth 50 points, and some can be 100 points. You only need 1000 points to cash out! Their conversion rate is much higher than other sites: 1000 points is worth $50! They payout by check.
The good thing about this site is that you get a bit of points even if you don't qualify for a survey.
Here are some proof pictures of checks received from GlobalTestMarket:

Paid Surveys
Difficulty: Medium
Earnings: Medium to High
There are programs that pay you for taking surveys. They take longer than the previously mentioned programs like the paid-to-read ones, but paid surveys you will earn more money.
One of the highest paying survey sites is SurveySavvy. They send you surveys periodically based on the initial demographic questionnaire you take when you first join them. Their surveys are commonly worth $10 to $50, although it varies quite a bit. Most of the time, the longer the survey takes to complete, the higher the value.
The surveys' length average around 20 minutes from my experience with SurveySavvy. You can request payout by check, but it takes about 4 weeks for the check to be delivered. It's best to wait until you have accumulated a good amount of earnings before you request payment.

Paid To Read
Difficulty: Low
Earnings: Low
If you want to jump into earning money right away, the easiest place to start is Paid-To-Read emails. There are programs that pay you for reading emails. They are not scam sites and have actually paid me several times. Keep in mind that earning from them is pretty slow overall, but it is very easy to earn since all you have to do is read emails.
The average earnings from Paid-To-Read sites are approximately 0.5 cents per email. Keep in mind that when you see something like 0.5c, that actually means half a cent (not 50 cents!). I would only recommend joining programs that are at least 0.5c per email, anything lower than that is just too slow and you won't reach payout in a reasonable time.
These are the best ones to join, the payout is very easy to reach:
aPairOf.com - This site actually pays you to click links. They pay you at least 0.5c per link that you click! The 0.5-cent links do not have a timer, and the 1-cent links have a timer of 45 sec. It's quite easy to reach their $1 payout if you check back everyday for links.
Teasa's Tea Mails - They pay you at least 0.5c per email you read, with a relatively low timer compared to other sites. Their minimum payout is $0.25, also easy to reach. You have the option to get weekly automatic payout here.

Using PayPal
One of the tasks that need to be done before you can start earning money online is creating a PayPal account. PayPal is an online payment processor that allows you to send and receive payments using the internet. It is simple to open a PayPal account and it is absolutely free, all you need is an email address. Just go to PayPal.com and sign up for a new account. It is not required to have a business or premier account, a personal PayPal account will be sufficient for online earning.
PayPal is safe to use, just do not give out your password to anybody. They will never ask you for your password via email, so do not respond to any emails that request account information- they are "phishing" scams.
Once you have signed up for a PayPal account, remember the email address you used. This will be the email you have to give to various earning programs in order for them to send you money.
The next step will show you how to actually earn some money that will go into your PayPal account.
